EuroExec coaching can be delivered in English or French, and we can coach you:

An individual executive coaching programme normally lasts for 3-6 months and consists of a series of 1-2 hour sessions, supported by onine and telephone contact. For a 6-month contract you can expect 6-8 sessions.

The process starts with a detailed discussion of your personal and professional development needs, both with yourself and your sponsoring manager. Once we are clear on these, we agree the goals of the coaching programme with you. Each session is based on the GROW model of coaching and ends by establishing a list of action points to be worked on before the next session.

At the end of your programme you will be a more competent and confident leader, better equipped to achieve your business objectives. We end with an evaluation of the results of the coaching process and recommendations for your future development.

We use the Hermann Institute's Brain Dominance Instrument (HBDI). Christopher is certified to use this instrument by the Hermann Institute in the USA.
